Let us help you make memories on your wonderful wedding day and allow us to tend to you and your guests. Our first job is to discuss your requirements and to visit the proposed location for the happy event. We can help you by providing you with options for your required bar service as follows:

Cash bar option – Your guests would pay for their own drinks throughout the celebration. Card and cash payments are accepted.

Subsidised bar option – You can treat your guests to a token or two, purchased by you in advance, you can supply one or two complimentary drinks, and they can then go on to purchase their own. Drinks tokens are priced at £5.00ea.

Personalised option – Offer your guests a drink of your choice on arrival, this could be a drink that is special to you, or perhaps a traditional prosecco to start the bubbles flowing.
Include a toast drink to the celebrations, again of your choosing. All of which can be served by our staff.

Bottles of wine are available per table upon request.

All options can work alongside the cash bar or subsidised bar option.

Booking Fee – We have a standard booking fee of £250.00 which is applicable upon booking with us. This fee secures your date in our diary, covers the cost of the temporary event notice, if required, bar staff and bar set up, any fuel requirements for transport and generator usage and removal of all waste.

Corporate events

Do you have an up and coming business function that is in need of a bar service?

Here’s where we fit in. We can provide your event with drinks served personally by our staff so you are left to mingle with all the guests and we can tend to their every beverage need.

Are you trying to promote your brand? We are more than happy to decorate our bar with any advertising products you may have.

Are you a drinks manufacturer? Would you like us to serve your own drink/drinks?
Again we are happy to do so on your behalf.

Community events

We are always happy to join in with any community event, from festivals, charity fund raisers, food and drink fairs the list is endless.

You may be hosting a community event that has a venue without a bar, we can help by providing one for you.

Should you be looking for traders to join in an organised event, within the Derbyshire/Nottingham area, please feel free to contact ourselves.

As well as our obvious drinks offering, we also stock as standard for such occasions, a selection of crisps from Just Crisps, nut selection from Cranbrook Nuts and pork scratchings from Mr Trotters.

We are also happy to bring along our popcorn machine to provide fresh warm popcorn for the crowd.
